This week’s 15 words or less poem prompt is this lighthouse photo. It appears on “15 Words or Less Thursday: Lighthouse” at Laura Purdie Salas. Read the comments to see a slew of creative responses.

I didn’t get to Laura ’15 words’ this week, but usually I do, & find it fascinating how different people look at one photo. This is lovely, Violet. Did you know there are lighthouses where one can stay on a vacation? I always thought it would be a terrific time.

Thanks Linda! I do love Laura’s photo prompts, and the 15-word limit can be a challenge! But it’s now on my ‘to do’ list every Thursday (sometimes gets shifted to Friday).
I did not know that there were lighthouse – B&Bs so to speak? Now a lighthouse vacation would be fabulous! I’ll have to check it out.
